Georgi’s space meets people at their current level of health, fitness and ability. Our vision:

  • To improve people’s health both physically and mentally.
  • To provide training that helps clients connect with their body.
  • To use different forms of strength-building: varying modems of movement Walking, Jogging, Running. Dance, Pilates, Swimming. Yoga, Weights, Balls, Bands and Barres.
  • Individually tailored training which can change depending on current ability, needs, limitations and mood.
  • To talk about lifestyles and habits and ways to create conscious and long-lasting change.
  • Clients leave their sessions with a sense of satisfaction of working towards and achieving personal goals.
  • To overcome limitations and reach your true potential.
  • To teach relaxation and meditation techniques that help with reducing stress and anxiety and increasing positive self-refection.

My life coaching technique is individual to you, based upon your story, your experiences, and unpacking that story in order to make beneficial change for the future.
